Recruitment
Solely worked on project to recruit Trainee/Junior Area Sales Manager across 5 counties in the UK whilst being based in Scotland.
Strategy
Shortlisted a minimum of 5 candidates per area utilising headhunting skills and techniques via LI and various job boards
Management
They offered 6 candidates in total as the quality was so high, took on an extra candidate, 5 of whom are still with the company.
